DESIGN-BUILD
Design-Build provides you with a single point of contact for your project. During pre-construction we work together to lay the foundation for your project. We discuss your unique needs, address your concerns and assess the challenges that come with your project. Architectural plans, estimates, budgets, organizing permits and contracting the right tradespeople for the job are critical. We outline feasible timelines and determine communication strategies to ensure a seamless transition from planning through construction to project completion. GENERAL CONTRACTING
Montana assumes responsibility for the construction phase of your project in a design-bid-build approach. Our Project Managers work with reliable, established tradespeople and we oversee all aspects of the project from permit expedition to site preparation, final construction and close-out. Construction projects typically involve dozens of entities working on a single endeavour. Our job is to coordinate those entities, ensure that job sites are safe and secure, adapt to changing conditions, assess project status and deliver a quality product, on time, within budget. We guarantee our contract – our reputation depends on it.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Montana can oversee your project in a fee-based manner. Our team brings expertise to the initial design phase and collaborates with you to find time and cost saving solutions. In pre-construction planning we pay strong attention to detail, outline realistic timelines and develop cost baselines. Careful planning reduces cost overruns or time delays and lays a strong foundation for the project. During construction, we provide on-site management, troubleshooting, and coordination of all subtrades. Our goal is to deliver a finished product that exceeds your expectation.

Montana Construction is committed to ensuring the safety of our greatest assets, our workers. Additionally, we provide a safe work environment for all clients, visitors, contractors and the general public and have a Good Neighbour Policy in regard to site cleanliness. Montana is a COR company through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association. When we received the Certificate of Recognition, we set ourselves to the highest standard by meeting or exceeding COR standards on all projects.
COMMERCIAL SERVICE
Our Commercial Service Department manages rollouts and service projects with as little disruption to your business as possible. From a mass install of small fixtures to a large facelift, our team can handle your requests in a timely, professional manner with the right tradespeople.
